This article describes the intent and functionality available within the Recent Activity widget located on the DivvyHQ dashboard.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

The Divvy Details

The Recent Activity widget is designed to give users a quick snapshot of recent events that have occurred within the content projects with which you, the logged in user, are associated. Think of it as a Facebook News Feed that posts what you and your team are working on in real time.

As you scroll through the chronological log, you'll be able to see such events as:

  • New content assignments
  • Deadline changes
  • Content status updates
  • Production task updates
  • File uploads
  • Comment threads
  • And more!

Within each recent activity event, there are a number of clickable elements, including the content item title, associated calendar and links to preview file uploads. To make sure you are on top of the most recent activities in your account, the recent activity column will automatically refresh every ~90 seconds.

Filtering the Recent Activity Feed

If you're looking to narrow down the activity list to find something specific, click the gear icon in the top right corner of the Recent Activity widget. You'll be presented with various filter options that will enable you to filter the Recent Activity list by:

  • A Start Date and End Date span
  • Child calendar(s)

Once you've established your desired filters, click the blue Update Feed button. These filter settings will be saved until you save them.

If/when you wish to remove or edit the filter settings, click the Reset Filters link in the lower left of the overlay, and then click Update Feed.

Just in case you are wondering if you have filters in place, we provide a little hint by turning the gear icon Divvy orange, when one or more filters are in place.
