Receive Notifications for Comments on Requests
Request and associated work members will now receive notifications for all comments in Requests and the File Markup environment — not just for @mentions. This update enhances communication within your team, making it simpler and more efficient, even for stakeholders who don't use the system regularly. Expect smoother collaboration, fewer miscommunications, and much less time spent manually checking for updates!
These notifications are automatically enabled for all team members, with the option to customize settings based on individual preferences. Admins can also manage notification settings for specific users.
Ensure Accurate Request Submissions
To maintain consistency and prevent miscommunication, users are now required to use the updated version of a Request Form when duplicating a request. This change ensures all duplicated requests reflect the most current information, minimizing confusion and reducing the risk of processing outdated or incorrect data. With this improvement, your team can confidently create and accept new requests knowing they're based on the latest guidelines and requirements.
Custom Colors Now Display in Timers and Timesheets
Experience a new level of visual clarity with time tracking! Custom color coding now displays in Timers and Timesheets, providing quick visual identification, enhanced accessibility, and an at-a-glance overview of your team's time distribution within Timesheets.
