Email Subject Line | New in Our Review Process: AI Reviewer Feedback |
Email Body | Hi team, Quick heads up: over the coming days, you may begin to see automated comments from an AI Reviewer appear in your Proofs. It's an AI-powered review layer that flags brand, compliance, and quality issues on Proofs, so we can catch things earlier and spend less time on rework. What you’ll see AI Reviewer comments are tagged with a finding status:
Each comment includes an explanation of what was flagged, which part of the content triggered it, and a suggested fix. How to treat these comments Think of the AI Reviewer as a first filter, not the final word. It checks for things like brand colors, logo usage, voice and tone, and regulatory compliance consistently. Your job is still to apply your own expertise and judgment as normal. If something is flagged but you disagree, reply to the annotation and move on. Your review process stays the same. You don’t need to do anything differently to see AI Reviewer comments. For more information, see AI Reviewers [Email Signature] |
