The Lytho Platform combines Workflow and DAM functionality, so there is less logging in and out, less switching screens, and less downloading and uploading. Log in once to tame the chaos and get your best work done across your entire Creative Lifecycle!
New Features
Unified Login Page
Log in once to gain access to both Workflow and DAM! Updates to email and passwords will now reflect across both platforms. Additionally, the new login page will inherit the customizations you've made for your DAM login page so the experience will always look the same. You may wish to make adjustments to your Login screen image to accommodate the new central placement.
Seamless DAM Integration for your Workflow
Save time downloading and uploading with the ability to pull assets from the DAM into Workflow work items including: Campaigns, Projects, Tasks, Proofs, comments, Requests, and Review assets. This improved interactivity means files, metadata, presets, and crop options are just a click away, so you can quickly grab the file you need, verify usage instructions, and make adjustments all within the Lytho platform, saving you time and hassle. The ability to view assets in the DAM is dependent on user permissions within the DAM, so your assets maintain any restrictions.
Push Workflow Deliverables into DAM
The creative process doesn’t stop when an asset is approved for delivery. The asset's lifecycle is just beginning as it’s now ready to go to market to drive outcomes. Team members can easily send deliverables directly from Workflow to their Lytho DAM for quick and confident sharing, storing, and safeguarding. This interoperability between Workflow and DAM keeps operations moving and helps assets make their maximum impact.
Simple Navigation Between Platforms
New options on the global navigation menus of Workflow and DAM allow users to easily go back and forth between modules.
